Memory Maker Advance Purchase

I see on disney webpage and under my experience this is $30 cheaper if purchased in advance. Is this a good idea or are is there a catch. It says photos taken prior to or within 3 days of purchase date are not included. So I assume that means don't wait until last minute to purchase to get the reduced rate? We are coming May 22-29 and have our parks reserved.
