memory card reader

my memory card reader must be broken, after using it 3 months, since may 11,2006.( haven't even gotten the rebate bacK) it's an irock(s?) 12 in 1 card reader that i can not find on their website and can't figure out how to contact them. is that usually a rotten brand and if so, anyone know of a decent external one?( not $$$$)

SanDisk 12 in 1 reader. Got mine at Best Buy for about $35. Some Wal-Mart Supercenters have them for $28 (didn't see them at 2 different division 1 stores).

Plug 'n Play. Works like a charm.
