memolink,pch,and lucky points

I have accounts with these 3 programs. Is my husband also able to have an account? He has his own e-mail address, but we would have the same mailing address. Are you able to have more that 1 account per household?

Memolink and LuckyPoints we do. PCH neither of us do.
