membership # ??

Ok, ok, a stupid newbee question and i know its been asked, i just cant find it. We bought SSR from TSS and just got the new member handbook a week or 2 ago. On saturday we got the pin # to log into the website. My question is, should I have gotten a card w/ my ID number on it, or does that come in the mail in a week or 2? I cant figure out how to log in otherwise

They will arrive separately. However, call Member Services tomorrow afternoon (assuming they are open for Columbus Day) and they can give you the info you need to log in.

Again, assuming they are open tomorrow, try not to call in the morning, Member Services is always swamped on Monday morning.

It's a 12 digit number if you have any contracts available.

Thanks! after following your advice i called MS (yup they were open today) and got my ID #. said the cards will be here in a few weeks.
