Membership ID cards

We became new OKW owners through the Time Share Store and received the member guide on Oct. 16th. Still no ID cards. About how long does it take to get them?

Sorry, can't remember how long it took to get the I.D. cards when we first joined (it was 5yrs ago) but you could always call MS and ask them 1-800-800-9800. I called to get new ones though when my old ones were getting a bit worn out and they sent them to us within a week or 2 .

Thanks for the reply. I did call and they told me 4 to weeks!?

They'll get there..........eventually . I don't think that we've ever used our cards; they sit in my desk . We're not big Disney Store fans. At WDW, our hotel keys reflect our DVC membership
