We are thinking about buying a teeny direct for the added member incidentals. If my wife and I are on the deed, do we both get membership cards? If I add my brother into the mix and have 3 people on the title, do we get 3 membership cards?

Each direct owner gets a card, whether the benefits are worth it is another matter.

0well if 3-4 family members get a membership card, could be worth it... 25 * 140 (SSR for example) = 3500 with a resale value of say $90 = $2,250... so premium of $1,250, but then divide it by 4... $312.50 per person. Not too bad.

Only if you will use the perks or discounts.

here's my situation... couple of my family members brother, cousin, etc have newer resale DVC's... so no perks. My first thought was to buy a 25 lot, and put all of our names on the deed. Then we'd all get AP discounts, perks, etc... There's 1 person in my family though that bought direct once upon a time. Can we just add people to the title, and back into it that way?

Obviously, it carries the risk of a family fall out and who owns what, but assuming that everyone is on the up and up. Can you add people to your title?

Yes you can retitle a deed but again is it worth the cost? We don't use AP's anymore and they have restrictions. The direct buy member events we can skip and many aren't scheduled when we are at WDW, and we don't want to go bowling or fishing. Direct buy perks happened with this current DVC executive, the prior two didn't have the same perks, will the next?

Does adding someone to a title cause the DVC property to lose any of it's current member benefits?
