Members of Party Arriving at Different Times??

Two members of our party will be arriving (both at different times) after the rest have already checked in. We most likely will be at a park when they arrive. What is the procedure for this? Should we get their room keys at check in and just leave them at the front desk for them to pick up or do they need to check in separately?

You can check everyone in when you arrive and leave the room keys at the desk to pick when they arrive. They do not need to check in again.

Make sure your party knows the keys are at the front desk and insist that a CM keeps looking for them. Our party had a hard time getting the CM to understand that they should have the keys there already. They finally found them.
