That was funny. I have never seen this one.
It is amazingly beuracratic within
DVC. My address with Qulaity Assurance was not correct. They said that they could not make the change unless I e-mail MS. I asked them how come I always get the contracts, and all other purchasing materials mail to me via Quality Assurance while I don't get all other things, they could not explain it.
After the e-mail sent to MS, MS told me that my address is correct in their system and it is really up to QA to fix the address.
Back to QA, someone in QA finally said that she would take care of it and make sure all my addresses are correct in their various systems (their systems are not linked) (in MS, QA, and their Marketing department where the VM and other things are sent from). They would not give me a phone # for the marketing department for me to verify the address.
I finally received the Summer VM 3 weeks ago and that was it.
Now I am suspecting somewhere the address is still not corrected. Unbelievable....
Sorry about the rambling, it is just very frustrating.
