Members: Could you post average time spent eating at TS Restaurants?

I think for right now, I am leaning towards 2 TS meals per day instead of 3.
I just think that if I get the deluxe plan for our 5 night stay I will have 15 TS credits I want to make sure I don't leave too many TS credits unused when I leave. I will use 2 credits for CRT and luau which leaves me with 11 credits for the rest of the stay, so i think 2 per day should work out pretty close to using all my credits during the stay.

Interesting that it seems like from comments from other posters, that the actual meal time for CS may not be quicker compared to TS if you eat at busy time.

For us it's usually-
Breakfast (buffet)- 45 min
Table service lunch/dinner (regular or buffet) - 45 min- 1 1/2 hours

40 minutes for three courses? That's amazing, and I think you were very lucky. We were never out in under an hour with an appetizer, entree and dessert.

Sometimes we do not get all three courses and the last few times we have been to WDW the feeling was rush rush rush. Alot of the appies come just a minute after ordering them and the same with desserts...it must be like an assembly line back there with all the foods just ready to go under a heat lamp. I dont think anything is made to order anymore

I can definitely see it with not ordering all three courses. (that it'd be shorter)

We went in January - 10 days on the DxDDP and that's what I am basing my experience on. (60 minutes at the absolute minimum)

Maybe it's different at different times of the year, but YOWZA - three courses in 40 minutes would be hard to swallow (literally ;) :rotfl:)

Though I have to say that we were not rushed with our courses at any meal, which was nice some days and other days I wished they'd hurry it up a bit.

In our experience
CS about 45 minutes
TS 90 minutes average
Signature 2 hour+ average

Family of 2A 2C is 1-2hrs depending on the restaurant and type of meal. For breakfast and lunch, we can usually be done in an hour. But dinner tends to be longer 1.5-2hrs. We don't eat at buffets, so some of the time does depend on the server also and whether we order an appetizer or dessert as well.

I always plan an hour and a half into our schedule, but usually we are out in about an hour. Ocassionaly, an hour and 15 min. We are a family of 4.
