Is anyone else having trouble logging into the member site? It keeps taking me to the page for new members to register with their pin number.
 
I keep getting a response saying the "server is to busy". I was getting it this afternoon and again just now.

What's going on?!:confused3

That's what I'm getting this morning. At least I got to log in so maybe this is progress?
 
Same issue here. Server too busy error. I tried both last night and this morning. I was so bummed last night as I had been telling my son we'd look at the room video of HH as were going in two months. He loves to control the mouse and look at each room type. He was so bummed we couldn't get in.
 

I read on another board all the computers are down. Don't know when they will be back up.

Thanks for the heads up Disney_Mama. I know MS was down for most of the day yesterday but finally started working later in the day.


schwenksvillemouse: We love looking at the room videos too. I just want to check and see if my new ressie is in there and everything is okay. I hope they get things up and working soon.
 
Yes, I doubt that at 5:45 this morning too many people were trying to log in...they must be experiencing problems. I'm trying to find out if there really is an OKW ressie there for me! CM couldn't give me a number over the phone yesterday afternoon.

I really would wait until it looks as if they can go a few days without glitches before trying to do anything complicated. Trying to switch resorts caused my ressie to be lost yesterday, and others are reporting the same. Yet, on Friday I did get what I wanted, switched from BWV BWView Studio to studio at VWL...no problem (at least none that I'm aware of), well, I was able to see that reservation on line over the weekend.

I agree and am having the same issues...unless all DVC'ers are early risers. I hope they have taken off the "On-Hold" messages about go to our site until the reliability is better.

Oh gosh I hope mine is there. I did get confirmation numbers and cancellation numbers but I'd still like to make sure it is listed on the site. Good luck to everyone.pixiedust:
