Member Website Login Problems

I had no trouble initially logging into the new site, but when I tried to visit it last, it didn't recognize me and prompted me to enter my User ID and PIN (which was sent by e-mail) as the one-time registration process. Since I already did this and it is supposed to be one-time, I threw that information away. I thought maybe I had typed in a wrong password, but I e-mailed MS to retrieve my password, and I am using the right password. There was no mistake.

Anyone else having trouble?

edited: I just noticed there was a similar post on this below. However, the difference is I have already entered and accessed the site previously. My PC is set to accept all cookies. I did clear my cookies at one point. I wonder if this could have messed something up. But that doesn't really make sense. Would that mean that you couldn't access member site from a different computer than your own?

I had the same problem but it let me enter through my dh's info very quickly. Go figure.
