Member Web Site Issues?

I have been trying to log on to the member website, which I have accessed many times before. Now, it does not recognize my e-mail address or password - and can't find my user ID with my e-mail. Is MS having technical issues? Anyone else having trouble logging on?

Same problem here. I even tried to get my user name and it said it did not recognize my email address. Hope it gets fixed soon..

did u get several bad attempt warning. I thnk if you struck out couple of times, it wont work anymore. happend to me 1 time and i had to call MS to have them reset it.

I had trrouble a few days ago. It kept saying I was already logged in and wanted my member id, ect as if I was logging in for the first time. I did not do as asked and came back to the disboards.

I have been having the same problem for all week! I had no issues last week but now I do. I am calling MS!

Just got off of the phone with MS. They hadd to have me set up a new account. They gave me a new activation code and club ID. It took all of about 3 minutes. the only down side is that I now need to remember ANOTHER user name and password.
