Actually it almost seems like there's a load balancer problem somewhere--I was just able to get through super fast no problem and book. It has probably taken me 100 tries. But the site is still slow in places. So it seems like it's the luck of the draw if you're shuffled to a server that's updated and working (and that it keeps you on that as you go through the steps) or if you hit one that's not along the way.

Ouch, just tried to log on to add the last days to our 12/22 trip & got a screen of Olaf w/ his head on the ground telling me that all password protected areas are unavailable - I can’t even get to the 7 dwarves spinning page!
& to think after reading this thread yesterday I waited until today thinking they’d fix things - nope! Pathetic. I’m wondering what new issues we’ll face if the site ever returns.

Thanks for answering my questions. I came here because both the app and the website (both DVC and Disney.go) aren’t working. Any time I log into my account- anywhere on the site- it just brings me back to the homepage, NOT logged in.

Yes, this for me as well. Also the MDE website is doing the same thing.

That’s what I am getting now. All I know is if it works and that email link is active, my words will be not as nice as they usually are.

Me too. I did get the survey request but got tired of answering inane questions about half way through. This is ridiculous.

Although I can now log on, I can’t modify online because I’m crossing use year so I have to call - but when I call after I press 1 for member services I get a busy signal argh…it’s gonna be a long day - anyone know what time ms closes?

I've gotten the Busy signal for 3 days. Just spent 45 minutes on the "Chat" Feature waiting for my turn, for Milo to tell me that "oh, sure the phones are working i can see their board, they are on a one-hour wait". My reply was no, there has been a busy signal for 3 days, but dear Milo was adamant there was NO problem and that maybe i should try my call later. Something smells fishy in the house of the mouse.

I finally got beyond the busy on my 5th try which was 25 minutes after my first busy. Then it was a simple 40 minute wait on hold to get a human

What is funny is yesterday I got chat with the spinning wheel. That worked but nothing else did!

Finally got logged on and paid my DVC dues. Hope this doesn't happen again in the near future. We do our DCL online check-in on the 15th.
