Tried to use site this morning and I could sign on but cannot access trip information.
 
just tried DVC site too and I can't even get past the sign in page. I tried the 2 highlighted at the bottom and they didn't work either. They will be down on Dec 10 AGAIN.
 
I have been having the same issue since earlier this morning. Just trying to access my points to game plan for my 7th month window in a January.

Very frustrating.
 
Been trying to book 2 nights at VWL for DD birthday in March since last night. Got to the confirmation point then would lock up. Tried calling MS now and the recording says they are having a system wide outage preventing booking live and online. Said to call back after 10am. Also mentioned they would close early tomorrow December 10 for training and not reopen until Thursday am. What's going on with their system? I thought they just had an update on the 4th?

FWIW, Worldmark by Wyndham owner's website has also 'scheduled maint' during similar windows and will be down starting 10a PT tomorrow. I wonder if the outages are due to back-end connections with RCI or other cross-platform integration?

Did you log in after 10? It was down before then.
 
I just tried again and I can sign in but can't access my upcoming vacation info. I get this message:

We're sorry. Our systems are unavailable at this time as we are performing maintenance. Please try again later, or you may visit the Members section of the Disney Vacation Club® site.

I need to add the dining plan to my reservation.
 
New update from MS website:

Member Online Booking Tool and Member Services Temporarily Unavailable

The Member Online Booking Tool and Member Services are temporarily unavailable today, December 9, to accommodate system updates.

In addition, Member Services will close at 2:00 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, December 10 for a training session and will reopen normal operating hours on Thursday, December 11 at 9 a.m. Eastern. Please note that the Member Online Booking tool at DVCMember.com will still be available during this time.

All of us at Disney Vacation Club appreciate your understanding as we update our systems, and we look forward to welcoming you "home" again soon.

Truly shocking how long an update takes. Started with 'will be available at noon' then 'will be available at 1pm', then'will be available after 3pm' now try again tomorrow between 9-2.
Vegas odds are in my favor that it will not be available at all tomorrow.

I cannot wait to see the new enhanced functions that they have updated for us ;)
 
Well, they better come up with some way to help members. I NEED to add the dining plan to our reservation (which starts Monday) NOW.
 
It's possible you can call WDW Dining and see if they'll be able to add the dining plan for you.
 
And it was just down all day on the 4th for maintenance. :/
 
I just left the DVC site and it's up and running,and made reservations for our first F&W stay!
 
I just tried to add the dining plan and it kicked me out again.
 
Well that's a bummer,I just went back in and it's working fine.What browser are you using on your computer?

I've tried Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer. I've cleared everything. I have no problem getting on. I click the add dining button and enter cc info and click continue and that's when I get this message:

We're sorry. The services required to complete your transaction are unavailable. Please try again in a few moments.

I'm off to call.

UPDATE: Successfully added dining plan through MS via phone call. He was unaware that you could add dining online. Told him I had done so previously. Anyway, we're good to go. Hope they get this fixed on the website soon. It's much more convenient to add online with just a few clicks then to be on hold for 15 minutes.
