Member site down?

Tried to book online today. It let me get all the way through, but as soon as I confirmed I needed to borrow points the site gave me an error. Called MS and they said the site and their computers are having a hard time with banking and borrowing. In the meantime, my points originally showed as borrowed and now they show back where they were!

MS said they have notes in my account so I won't lose my room, but we'll see. I don't have a lot of faith in them.

I had a similar situation. I called MS this morning to alter a reservation (make it a sunday to sunday from a saturday to saturday) and all hell broke loose. I was on hold for 10 to 15 minutes after. Now my reservation is gone completely, but they "have notes" in my account, and the room is being held for me. They said they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours.

My guess is this upgrade was a bomb. Maybe they will roll back.

Also, they said I would get a new reservation number, which was not the case in the past.

I was able to book a reservation online today a bit after 1 PM also borrowing points. Now need to go check and make sure no glitches. It took me nearly an hour because either my computer or their site kept locking up. I did get a final confirmation and email so hopefully it's still in there!

I had problems also today. To fix the problem, I entered my user name and click the reset password link.
I was sent a link to make a new password. Did that and it's all good now.

We decided to change our "adult only" trip to a "family trip" cancelled my value 1 bedroom at AKL to book a 2 bedroom at beach club, got error code twice. Lost one of my nights, then tried to book the remainder of the nights error code, upon error code upon error code. So I am room less, and the room I want is getting taken by the minuet. (rant over)
