member site ans DME site

I put names on my rooms 2 weeks ago for OCT. with MS. I just checked on DME to add family and friends . When I checked the ressies it says to up date names on these 2 ressies. The new names aren't on the room ressies in DME but they are on DVC site. It won't let me add, it just says error 404. Is the site having problems? I'll have to call tomorrow.
Also I added a day at SSR ( a week ago) and DME doesn't even show it but DVC does.

I was having problems on the DVC site this afternoon. I was trying to make a reservation and it kept timing out on me, sending me to a nearly-blank screen with a 400-something error code (sorry, I can't remember the exact error code).

I just tried checking availability on the DVC member's site again and I'm still having the same problem. I put in my dates, resort, room size and while I'm pondering the availability screen, it suddenly goes to an error page. It's not actually giving me an error code. In the bottom right corner of the blank section of the page it is displaying "Error Code: ".

I've had that happen as well. What browser are you using? I've found I need to switch to Firefox for the site to work correctly.

I'm using Firefox as well and I don't usually have any problems with the site. I just tried again a little while ago and the same thing happened. Good idea to try a different browser. I'll give that a try.

tonight the site let me fix the names on a ressie, when I went to add friends it listed the 2 I had but I had to check them again . I did and hit done . went back to check and it listed 1 of the 2 guest and my name. Where did my other guest go I'm not even in the room. I even left the site and did it again. I can't get through it's a 15 min wait at 6:50 pm. The DVC site has everything right but not MyDE and I mean experience
