Last Friday, I sent an email to member services praising 3 CM's that provided exceptional service. Today, I received a response to my email and it was from Jackie, Member Services Manager. I thought that someone mentioned that this position was filled by another?????

There was talk awhile back that Jackie was getting a new job. You're also right that someone recently posted a new name as her replacement. However, I got an e-mail response not too long ago that was signed "Jackie". Either she's still there or they are still using her automated responses.
