The absolute worst. Because of Covid I have 281 point that need to be used by August. Tried to book several things but no availability. Told by email I have to bank them in RCI which can only be done by contacting Member Services. Waited 54 minutes for Member Services and then was told I had to speak the RCI specialist. Was transferred and the wait time was 169 minutes! Bit the bullet, was waiting and then hung up on after 40 minutes. Tried online chat and was basically told too bad. Would never buy again!
