member services via email?

On the DVC Members site it gives an email address for contacting DVC. Is this Member Services? I emailed and got a very strange reply through MAILER DAEMON saying they would try to deliver my message until tomorrow. Do I have the address wrong or something? I have: members@disneyvacationclub.com

Has anyone else banked points via email? Have you gotten email confirmation?

Lora, I just banked points via email at the same address this week and received a confirmation today. The response you received generally means that there has been a web traffic backup somewhere and your mail is stuck in it....but it will get delivered tomorrow. (Probably not the technically correct way to describe it...so if someone can explain more accurately please do)

If you do not get a confirmation that MS received the email by Monday I'd try resending. I think it gives you an automatic "we've received your communication" response immediately...so you should know as soon as your email goes through.
