Member Services via e-mail?

I have sent Member Services two e-mail messages over the past 3 weeks (I have a question about my upcoming trip) and, thus far, have had no response. I used the "Contact Us" link at the DVC Member website. Has anyone else had similar problems doing this or are they just busy because of the peak travel season right now? :confused3
 
I sent a reservation request through the web site 2 weeks ago, waited 5 business days and then sent a message through the contact us link. I got a response back the next day regarding the second message, they informed me they had no record of my inital request for reservations and asked me a bunch of questions to "better help me". I answered the questions and responded back to them and am now waiting to hear back again (it has been 3 Business days), I think maybe calling would be faster, but my work schedule is really weird and emails are so much more efficent for me. It seems that they might be having issues with this function...
 
I sent e-mails to Member Services regarding a few different issues 2 or 3 times in mid-December and they were all personally replied to within 1 business day. Maybe the holidays are slowing things down?
