I have sent Member Services two e-mail messages over the past 3 weeks (I have a question about my upcoming trip) and, thus far, have had no response. I used the "Contact Us" link at the DVC Member website. Has anyone else had similar problems doing this or are they just busy because of the peak travel season right now?
