Member Services -Telephone Lines Busy?

Anyone else having problems getting through to MS this AM? I have been trying since 9 AM and the line is busy. Of course, this is after calling yesterday at 3:18 to get a message that they were closing as of 3:15 due to a staff meeting! I guess bad timing on my part!

Finally got through- On hold, estimated time is 13 minutes.
