Member services survey. Do you always do it? Do you think it improves anything?

When you call MS, they ask if you want to do the survey.
Do you do it?

I do about 80% of the time. But I don't know what they do with the results really.

What about you?

I do it most of the time, but they are so lame, I don't see what they could possibly accomplish.

I'm such a loser, I always hit "1" when prompted (before I get actually connected), but by the time I get my business done with MS, I always just forget and hang up. When I did my December, 2010 reservation, of the 21 calls I made, I think that I only remembered to do the survey once.

On multiple occasions the survey didn't seem to complete properly. I think that it is just window dressing.

HAHA... Ok, so I wasn't the only one who thinks that the survey didn't really help improve anything. I wonder if it "helps" them with hiring and training more than anything else.

I do them off and on, sometimes I'm so wrapped up in the reservation/planning process, I forget and hang up! Oops! I've never had a problem with MS.

I have called a few times and have 2 for no, it seems I wait longer on 2s, than I do when I hit 1.

Funny to see this thread today, after a call to MS. I always seem to get a "special invitation" to hold on for a member survey, and about 1/3 of the time the survey seems to get confused and terminate early. Too bad - I usually want to give positive feedback for the cast member who I spoke to.
