I have been trying to confirm that my member page has been updated with my dues payment, but I have not been able to get that page to come up for 2 days now.

Does anyone know what is going on or am I the only one having problems?

I just got in too--someone mentioned clearing out your browser and that might help.

No issues here either. Maybe try another browser such as Firefox or Chrome? If you have another device that has internet, try that too. Good luck.

You are probably still logged on to a different Disney related website. Clear your browsers cache and delete all cookies.

The same thing happened to me. I had entered the Disney sweepstakes and then I couldn't log on to the dvc site. Had to go to disneyworld.com and somehow entering the sweepstakes got me logged on there.Logged off, and then I could sign onto DVC.

Thanks!! It worked! I had to log into Disney.go.com, then log out, then log into DVC. Strange because I have been entering the contest daily and it seems to have recognized me just by clicking enter, even though I have not technically logged into the Disney websiet daily. I mean, I just now had to log in which I haven't had to do since the contest began.

The DVC site is sensitive, and doesn't want you logged in on any other disney site. You were logged in on disney.com, so that's why you needed to get OUT of that and come in fresh to DVC.

I have had the same problem on several occasions. Drove me crazy until I figured it out!
