Since I am a DVC owner, can MS make reservations at a Disney owned hotel for a night we aren't at BWV? I was just looking to save the toll-call charges. Thanks.

nope, as debbie pointed out just simply use the 800 number

We were able to make a reservation (cash based) through MS at POR for one night at the beginning of our stay this coming January. We'll be arriving a day earlier than we had initially planned and did not want to use the points. We were even able to get the AP rate through MS! Our reservation was made recently (on 11/03/04) and the CM had to check to see if she could make the reservation.
