I don't have a members guide book since I just became an 'official member' yesterday.

Did you buy through Disney or resale? If you bought through Disney, they should have provided you with a member number and the phone number upon completion of the transaction. If you purchased through resale and simply received word that your offer has cleared ROFR, you probably won't be in MS computer system yet. You should be able to call your resale agent and get the number.
