Member Services just closed (9/15 2pm)!!!!

True - I close my call center down periodically when I have to do a mass training.....its not the best way to run a call center but sometimes you have to do it....but I usually do it when call volume is low - like in the morning....not in the afternoon when I would suspect their volume is high ??

I think Disney's runs the exact opposite then yours. People routinely report long waits in the AM and people like me who aren't that orgainzed seem to have pretty short to no waits!

The 11 month window, panic over the 'perfect' view etc. contribute to a lot of AM calls
