How many folks here would like to see expanded member services hours?
Why does such a large company that is in the travel business have such limited hours?

Many people say our dues would increase. I'd like to know how much. Because for those of us in the Central, Mountain, or on the west coast, it's a real pain. I know they stay open later 1 day, I wish they did at least one other.

actually its better for the people on the west coast they can call before work.
