When I called MS today after 4 they said to call back at 9 AM tomorrow, because their computers were down. Were they down all day? How often does this happen?
They were diwn until 1 PM and then back up for awhile because I did get through about 1:15. I wonder what will happen to people who may have been trying to cancel prior to the 31 day mark during these outages. I would hope that MS will not put their points into holding when they do manage to get a call through. The CM I spoke with agreed when I said " It must be nice to not have to say the system is down please call back after ....".
I guess this is a good reminder never to wait until the last day to bank, add ddp, or cancel a reservation. The database is a mess and I sure hope my points are back where they are suppose to be when it comes back up. They asked me to wait until at least Wednesday before calling again.

Nothing is right in my account. My reservations are not showing up, yet the points for them are missing in my account. I sure hope they know what they are doing because for some of our accounts it is a big, big mess. I am glad that I printed out all of my info when it was accurate so that I can show them what it should look like.
