Member Services closing early on 11/18

I just had to call Member Services about something. I'm sure most of us just hit 3, 3 when we call, but this time I decided to take an extra moment to listen to the choices. It turns out that on 11/18, Member Services CMs are attending a training session, and as a result they are closing at 12:00 noon (est) on that date. They will reopen at the normal time (9:00 am) on Monday, 11/21.

I heard this when I called yesterday and was about to post the same thing. I wonder what the "training" is all about.

Could be they're going to learn about additional perks that will be instituted next year. Or about where the next DVC resort will be built, and how to handle all the rumors going around.

THEN they're heading off to see the new Harry Potter movie
