Member services and website ??'s

Hi Everyone!

Obviously new to this board and doing my research on DVC and it's time to ask some questions. I'm sure some of my answers are posted somewhere, but can't seem to find them so if you know of a thread also ok to point me there.

All reservations and banking (except for maybe ADR's) are done thru member services 800 #, correct?
From what I read it sounds like reservations may move to being online also in the future?
Does the member website basically just have your contract and points info? Does the site also have a reminder on my 11 and 7 month window and last date to bank point, etc?

Yup, and they can do ADRs and maybe some "Tours"

Yes, that's been mentioned as a future plan

It has those, dues & loan info, point charts, shows your upcoming and past reservations, point activity, and announcements (but you'll probably hear it here first!) AND many other features as others are listing below...

Good point; I've done that as well... But, I've only banked once; usually I'm borrowing- made that feature easy to forget!

There are a plethora of options including vacation planning tools, member perks, news, updates, points management, etc. Plus this post gave me an excuse to use the word "Plethora!"
