I have always used MS to make my non-critical P.S. and have done so up until 2/7/02. I just tried to make an additional P.S. and received a reply that "due to rapidly changing availability we are unable to arrange P.S. thru electronic mail". Is this a new policy and when was it implemented? I have tried to make P.S.'s in this manner to avoid a call and it would seem that these requests could be completed at times when phone traffic was less vigorous. Anyone else have this occur or is it just this one CM?
