I have always used MS to make my non-critical P.S. and have done so up until 2/7/02. I just tried to make an additional P.S. and received a reply that "due to rapidly changing availability we are unable to arrange P.S. thru electronic mail". Is this a new policy and when was it implemented? I have tried to make P.S.'s in this manner to avoid a call and it would seem that these requests could be completed at times when phone traffic was less vigorous. Anyone else have this occur or is it just this one CM?
 
Since they started taking e-mail, it has always been MS's strong recommendation that you avoid trying to make restaurant or show reservations using e-mail and instead use e-mail only for DVC room reservations; restaurant and show reservations should instead be made by phone. They do not always refuse to take them but may do so particularly during busy times because they could easily end up spending a lot of time constantly exchanging messages when particular restaurant times requested are not available.
