I feel your frustration...they will not give you your # on the phone or via email..."they are not allowed to" according to MS. We rec'd our letter in the mail w/our # about 2 weeks after the contract was transferred over to us. Hope that helps!

Thanks, at least I'm not alone. I've read so many others calling and getting the number. Ironic thing is I get a packet of information today from DVC that contained basic information and a pretty brochure with all the resorts and locations. It was to me as a member but it didn't have my number on it.![]()
So what was it that made the difference? It could be helpful to someone else in your situation, and to those of us offering suggestions so we'll know what worked in your case.Thanks for all the suggestions. I was able to get my number.
