DVC 10 Year Anniversary Celebration Cruise

Members and their Guests are invited to join us April 7, 2002, on-board Disney Wonder® for a 4-night sailing to Nassau, Freeport and Castaway Cay in The Bahamas. There are special Member-exclusive rates offering stateroom savings for either Reservation Points or cash reservations, including special non-Member Guest rates, on-board credits per stateroom, as well as special events and surprises for everyone. Please see below for special offerings. The Cash Reservations are applicable to Members and non-Member Guests. Be sure to continue checking the Member News section for the latest details.
As a special anniversary gift, Members and their Guests will receive a $150 on board credit per stateroom. Members who book staterooms for their Guests (non-Members) will receive an extra $100 on-board credit in addition to their $150 on-board credit (a maximum of $250 on-board credit per Member stateroom).

Sounds like fun! Too bad we are using all our vacation time on our 2 week WDW/Orlando/DCL trip in Sept. 2002.

Darn, this sounds so good it is hard to pass up. We are already booked on a 7 day Western cruise in August and will be at OKW for a week at Easter.....

Don't think I can get the bank to float another loan for a 4 day cruise. To all that go have a great time....I am already jealous.

You know what the problem with this is? Not enough notice!

See, DVC has been working on us for years, getting us to plan our vacations 7-11 months in advance (or even earlier, since it takes even more planning to get up at 4:00am every day for a week exactly 11 months from your vacation ). Now they come along and tell us about a cruise only 4 months in advance??

Come on DVC, stop sending us mixed messages!

BTW, it seems like a a decent deal. We are going on a 3-day cruise in September in a cat 10 and are paying almost exactly the same as the Cat 10 for this 4-day cruise. (It's like getting a day free)
