Mel's Pre-trip Report: Interactive Version

I forgot to mention this in my other post but I thought someone might want to know this:

I DID call Vero and ask them about Photopass. Do they have ANY of the Photopass photographers there at all? No. That's the answer she gave me.

Oh, and she also said that I shouldn't worry about sharks. Yeah, I asked. She said she's never been bitten and she promises that we'll be fine. Just in case, her name is Liz and I plan to hold her personally responsible if I get a chunk taken out of me....

So, no Photopass pics from our two days at Vero. Guess I'll have to actually shoot the photos! Doesn't that seem like they missed the boat on that one? You could still use the same card...?

DH is watching TV and i am trying to be nice and not spend too much time over on the puter. So, I'm sitting with him, then running over here, then sitting with him...etc.

I thought you would want this one last little update before I leave. The DH was very surprised to receive his Sammy Duvall's Watersports Print-out detailing the Para-sailing Adventure he's going on.

It says:

As I mentioned before, he said after the boys left the room that he's worried that he might not be as brave as he thought! Ha! It's different when you read the 450 ft. part!

Does he looked shocked in the photo? Yeah, a bit. He doesn't usually look so "wild" about the eyes....

Father's Day was wonderful, despite losing power again! My DH finished his day by eating a HUGE rib-eye steak, steak fries, butternut squash and oreos. He said it was a good day.

Mostly because N did something else for his Daddy for Father's Day......

AH, that's a good present!

Hope you enjoyed my last update. I can't wait to get started on our trip on Friday and take photos and write my TR!!! You know I'll be stealthily making notes on this trip (probably in restrooms in the Magic Kingdom) because my DH said NO WRITING THE TR while on vacation! Sheesh!!!

The only other thing that I've changed from the PTR since I posted those updates is that on Tuesday I am hoping to pop over to MK before our dinner ressies at Narcoosee's and meet KyKatt2!

I am packing now. Doing the last of the laundry. Got the bills paid, stopped the mail, dr's appt on Thurs, bought snacks for the drive, got movies from Netlfix for the kids (we have a dvd player too!) and ordered my food from GG.

I don't know what I'm forgetting, but I can buy it in FL....
