Melanoma update

Dh had second really large part of his arm removed on tuesday . they said they got it all cancer free in that area!! 4/12 they are going to do two more .. but so far we are winning thank you God!

I missed your first thread on this, huckster, just went back and read it. Sounds like a good update and good to see you are upbeat about it. My very best for your hubby, he and you both are in my prayers. Hope all goes well, looking for another good update soon.

When they are done, insist on scans to check for any tumors that may have spread. Been there and prayers for a clean bill of heath after.

GLad to hear things are looking good! But please get extra scans, even look into programs that offer vacine's for this type of cancer. They are in the clinical trails some are close or could be FDA approved. I can not stress enough to go beyond the basic treatments. Prayers to you and your family! (my dad's cousin is a surviver from this cancer thanks to many of these experimental treatments! And he should have been dead years ago! it spread to his brain but he is cancer free going on 3 years!)
