So I signed up for the 3 personalized rewards for December, and reached one of them. So this morning I had the option to 'clip it' for that reward, and choose a new one in that 'box.' The two I did not reach just continue to say that they weren't reached, and that I can shop through 12/31. Is there a way to make them go away and see new offers for January?

If I recall correctly your locked in until the reward you selected to attempt to reach is achieved or the selection expires. Once the reward selection expires you will then get new ones to select from.

I made one but also have two that I will not meet.

They expired 12/31 but they are still there. Maybe tomorrow.

It should re-set itself. If not I would call them. Mine are all new ones for January. I clipped the one and another popped up as well.
