I have not been to MCO in several years and I need help. I am arriving on Delta about 1.5 hrs ahead of the rest of my party . The rest of the group is arriving on Southwest. Any suggestions on where to meet up? :grouphug: I would like some place easy to find near the Southwest gates.
Thanx :cool1:

I would wait at the fountain outside the Hyatt (by the Disney Earport Store). When they come off the tram from their gates, they would be able to see it. Are they checking luggage? Another alternative would be to wait in Southwest baggage claim.

After you get your bags, head back upstairs to Level 3 and wait in the food court until your party's flight lands.

Then, go to the tram stops for Gates 100-129, which is where Southwest flights dock. You can be waiting for your party when they come off the trams and walk with them to baggage claim.

with 1.5 hrs to kill I think I would just wait in the food court. Maybe buy a Krispy Creme donut. Not a dozen it cost me $9 the last time I waited. It has a nice aquarium for the kids ( if you have any) to watch the fish to amuse them. It would also allow you to stretch your legs and get something to drink. If you have to get your own luggage you could wait by the trams after getting your luggage and a snack/drink. I am always so thisty from flying I need the drink and to relax when we get to the arriving airport. I am not a good flyer.

I have also done some shopping in a few of the stores at the airport, Ie Seaworld t'shirt.

Depending on how your Rental Car situation is (if you have one) you might look into having one member of the party wait at the food court for your inbound passengers, and have another (or all of the others) get the luggage and wait in line for the rental car. When they have the key's, they can rejoin you, and the inbound passengers at the Southwest baggage claim. (Sorry, im sure you'll be confused on what im saying :goodvibes )
