Hello - I tend to agree with after the drill. Everyone is there and not involved in anything else. But I am up for anywhere.

When we were on the 3/17 cruise another DISer suggested deck 10 right above the Goofy pool on the ternimal side. We liked that spot because we could wave goodbye to the people on land. It was perfect. We went right up after the safety drill. I liked that spot because you could also watch everyone on deck 9 having a blast at the sailaway party.
