I'd love to meet Mary Poppins in the park and was wondering if there's any place in the park where she'll definitely turn up. I know to go to the UK pavillion in WDW but not sure about DLP

there isn't anywhere Mary Poppins is guaranteed to show up for meet n greets in DLP. She is in the Stars n Cars parade in the Studios, but she's high up and on her carousel horse, so she doesn't dismount during the parade ;).

Sometimes the stars from the parade are out and about in the Studios park at around noon for a while, but this isn't guaranteed. Best thing to do is ask both at City Hall in the main park, and at Guest Services at the entrance to the Studios, to see if Mary Poppins is due to be strolling around anywhere when you are there.

We met her and Bert in January in the Studios as I think alot of the characters from the stars and cars parade came out before the parade and were stationed all around. Gaston and Mulan and Stitch were there as well as Remy and others that I can't remember. I don't know if they still do this, they were'nt out very long because they all got called in to prepare for the parade.

We've met them at the bandstand in DLP a couple of mornings. Id definately ask in City Hall though :goodvibes

As others have said ask at City Hall but just keep a look out, we've bumped into them in front of the Carousel and in the Discovery Arcade :thumbsup2

We saw them both signing autograps in the Studios but they didn't stay very long :sad1:

In my experience, you're more likely to see her in the Studios in the hour that follows Stars and Cars. I have also seen her in Disneyland Park though for the character express, and once at the bandstand. It's hit and miss with face characters.

Again, as others have said, if you're really keen to meet her, then ask at City Hall through the day. I've also heard of characters signing backstage (they take your book to them) even if they're not out greeting, if its just an autograph you're after?

We met Mary Poppins near the buggy rental shop - quite out of the blue - she was lovely.

our girls met her at the studios in the open area near the "stitch" cinema, she was fantastic!!! she lined them all up with a spit spot, signed autographs, posed for photos and made the girls stand up straight!!!, she also handled the annoying children (you know, the ones who try to push in by shoving an autograph book in the characters face) really well and made them wait their turn.
