My Daughter is in love with all things Cinderella. We are planning a trip to WDW short notice and found out all of the Character Meals with the Princesses (in particular Cinderella) are all booked up. Are there any similar options where we are guarenteed some Princess time? Is there another avenue for booking Character meals? Any ideas would be appreciated!

As soon as you get to MK take the train around the park and get off at Mickey's toontown fair. If you go as soon as the park opens you should be there fairly quickly. Inside the big tent on the right are three lines for character greetings. The line on the left is for the Princesses. princess: princess: princess: There are usually 3 in attendance and they spend some good quality time with each child. You can take your own photos or have the park photographer take your pictures and scan your photopass card. We found this was the best way to see Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White. They vary on who is there but normally it is Cinderella with two others. Ariel is behind the castle in her Grotto . She sits on a rock inside the cave and the kids can have photos taken there as well. Storytime with Belle is 4-5 times per day and is on the right hand side of the castle just outside the Starlite Cafe. Belle appears in her townsfolk outfit and recites her story.
Hope this helps ! Teresa :flower:

We made PS at CRT for lunch during our last trip (just last week). We were told Cinderella was only there for breakfast, but she was in the waiting area while we were waiting for our table!

If you go as soon as the park opens you will be too early. Typically Toontown opens at 10am. And some of the characters don't start appearing til 10:30 so keep that in mind when you go.

Don't stop trying! There is the slightest possibility of a cancellation. Maybe with a little Pixie-dust! (I am actually cancelling our Cinderella Breakfast PS for May 5th)

Also, your daughter may be thrilled just to have lunch in Cinderella's Castle. No guarantee of seeing Cinderella at all, but that still could be great.

Good Luck!

Did you try booking the character breakfast at Akershus in the Norway Pavillion?

Every time we have eaten lunch at the Castle - Cinderella has been downstairs seeing the kids. There is also a evening Character meal at Grand Flordian that has Cinderella and Prince Charming.

Cinderella's Royal Table is extending their character meal to lunch also. I am not sure when it starts and when you are going, but there is more information on the dining board. I would keep trying, especially for the dinner at the Grand Floridian, there are usually cancellations

Did you check 1900 Park Faire at the GF? It's dinner is Cinderella, Prince Charming, Fairy Godmother and the mice.

Just keep trying!!! We went in Dec. and it was also already full, but I still called every morning at 7 and finally got the ps  Never give up to make your princess dreams come true princess:

We are planning our vacation for the May timeframe. If anyone is planning to cancel a May CM with Cinderella, please send me a private message. I will give you my e-mail and you can let me know when you cancel so I can call right away. Thanks so much!

Keep calling everyday until you leave. Then, if you haven't been able to secure a Cinderella meal, keep calling each morning from your room. You may get lucky if someone cancels. And sometimes Cinderella does make an appearance in the downstairs lobby of the Castle. But keep trying for both CRT and the one at 1900 Park Fare in GF.

I would try for the Cinderella dinner at GF or cancellations or I'd try to coordinate with another Diser who is canceling. Then if Cinderella isn't a priority, I'd try for the PSB breakfast at Epcot...they are offering breakfast lunch and dinner with most of the princesses.

We've gone to Cindy's for dinner twice before, and both times she was downstairs on her throne, taking pictures and sprinkling pixie dust around. Very cool. That's not a guaranteed appearance,t hough, so don't stop trying with the character meals!!!!

My daughter was three and i went crazy for CRT ressies. Everyday calling and eventually I got one while down in Disney. I felt the opportunity was great but it didn't validate "breaking my spirit" to get the ressies. How old is your daughter?
Also don't rush into your first day at the park in the attempt to just meet Cinderella. Do it on the 2nd or third day after the MK is enjoyed! Sometimes if your daughter is young, the shows and appearances in the parade are enough for the first day. 1900 PF is my next..."If I get it, I get it" PS but I will try once....OK maybe twice but that's it!
At MGM in the front in the afternoon we happened across Mulan, Jasmine, and Pocahontas with nothing to do! I heard that can be the same in Norway at Epcot. It depends on when you're going. Enjoy every moment. SHe may suprise you and change her Princess mind about Cinderella after being down there! My princess daughter, surrounded by all the princess toys and dolls, wanted Nemo as her souvenir.

If you enter MK through the right hand side of the train station first thing in the morning, there is a good chance that you will be able to see the princesses and other characters. Another good place to meet characters is on the ferryboat from TTC/MK. It's not unusual to have someone with us until around 1045am or so.

Keep calling for PS. As you have probably seen on the boards, there are a lot of people who make multiple PS reservations with no intention of using them.

We met Cinderella in Toontown, you go into County Bounty and they have 3 lines one is a princess line, one is pooh & friends, and one is Mickey's pals and other characters. There is a board over the top of each line that shows which characters are back there at the time. We saw Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and Snow White all in one stop. *** We stopped by earlier and it was really crowded so we waited and went back during the night time parade as we already watched it earlier in the week and the lines weren't so long, Toontown was pretty much deserted.

Have fun!

One things to remember is that the Norway Akershus breakfast (Princess Storybook Breakfast) does NOT have Cinderella but just about every other princess rotates being there. My 3 yr old DD was a Cinderella NUT when we went down. The second day there we went to this breakfast and saw Mary Poppins, Mulan, Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty, and Belle. The food was great and the princesses and nanny were wonderful!!!! We still had to find Cinderella and my daughter did get very excited when we found her (see below), but when all was said and done, Jasmine is now her favorite and the doll she had to bring home from Disney because of the breakfast. Wouldn't have missed getting to meet all of them in one place for anything. It was worth the money even without the food which, again, was great in our opinion.

As far as finding Cindy - we asked one of the CM's standing in front of the castle's stage when we could find Cinderella and she told us that as soon as the 10:45 show (not sure if this will change with the new Cinderella show or now) was over that she went directly to the big tent in Toontown as mentioned above. Well, we timed it correctly and she was indeed there - along with Prince Charming. It was wonderful! My suggestion - ask those CMs - some of them are a wealth of info...

I did this dinner with three DDs - 5, 2, 4 months - it was really nice. Plenty of time with each character - fun time riding the monorail at night around to GF - GF was beautiful and we hung out in the lobby some after dinner - buffet was good - got a family picture with all of us, Prince Charming and Cinderella holding the baby!

I think I read on AllEArs that the CRT lunch begins June 1 -
