Meeting Characters

Are the only characters you can meet in the programme? Or are there other characters elsewhere (not mentioned in the programme) that you can meet and at different places, bit just the designated meeting points?

There are definitely more characters you can meet than just the onces mentioned on the programme.

Ok cool. We went in Dec last year and only met who was on the programmes. Seen posts on her and TA where people have met others throughout the park but also seen some where they've said characters don't randomly come out anymore for meet and greet lol!
