Hi all, this is my first time here.... We are having our first family trip to dlp in a couple of weeks, but are only staying for 2 days, I'm wondering if characters still wander the parks for you to meet (like they did when I was young) or is it all certain time slots/places? As we are only staying for 2 days, is it likely we will see many characters? My daughter will want an autograph book but I don't know if it will be worth it if we only meet a few.

You would be very lucky to see characters just wondering around. We did last September but we were very surprised as in March this year we barley saw any.

There are a few arranged meet and greets and there are a few scrums.

I would recommend character meals and hotel meet and greets especially Disneyland hotel. Outside inventions they have a schedule at the queue entrance what time and who will be there. whilst we were there the character that had appeared before or the character that was to appear next we're also just wandering around for photos.

They don't wander around like they perhaps do in the US parks. But they will appear randomly in certain places for meet and greets.

The best place to look for Random meet and greets is perhaps by the It's A Small World Gates. A whole range of characters have been seen to great here. Another place in Fantasyland to look is in front of Pinnochio's ride where you can almost guarantee you will see Gepetto, Pinnochio and Gideon. You might also be lucky to meet Hook, Smee and Peter Pan by his ride too.

The magical thing about Disneyland Paris is you never know who you will see and where. Sometimes you will turn a corner and bump in to a Princess, a villain a mouse.. who knows!

Good luck in your character search!!

Thanks all, I think once we get there, she will just be happy her dream has come true and will be happy with whoever we meet......she doesn't k ow we ate going yet :goodvibes
