Hope everyone's had a great mother's day! I did--my DD's 5 and 9 sang me a song about how much they love me to the music of "Beauty and the Beast" I guess I'm doing some stuff right, after all Hope all your days were as blessed as mine.

Sorry to be confusing! No, I'm not sad--actually kind of amused and decided to spend some quiet time DISing until they wake up..........then I can apply some Mother's Day guilt and maybe even get some breakfast out of them!

Actually, I am aging much more gracefully, but she is still thinner than me, but I am still smarter than her! But she is much more creative than me, but I am much more funny than her. She is great with art, I am great with music. The list goes on. We actually were not competetive growing up. We are so different. Never liked any of the same guys - thank goodness!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY EVERYONE!!

Well, my kids are still in bed....... my DH went to work............ my mom says not to come over cause dad is sick.......looks like this is shaping up to be an all-time best Mothers Day for me!

Here is my Prom picture. I was smoking (hot, or so i thought) so I don't mind posting. My date that is cut out of the picture is not my DH. Although the night of the Prom I drove to my place of employment (at the time) so my now DH could see me in my dress.... A couple weeks after Prom my DH and I started dating.

The guy I was dating wasn't a very good bf, he could only see me on weekends, and barely ever called (went to different schools, my mom hooked us up). So after Prom I went to a friends house for a big bash. 1st and only time I have ever been drunk slept in tents, hit on friends... oh yeah, it was a ball. jen

I hear ya on that one. Today I asked DS6 what he wants to be when he grows up. Then I suggested that he be a doctor. He said he was going to do work just like mommy and daddy. I laughed and told him not to do what we do, then told him he should be a cosmetic surgeon so he could make me skinny. He laughed. He tells me that I'm not fat, I'm silly.

Well, my DBF and I were at his family reunion on Saturday and it turns out that one of his distant cousins works for Disney and gets free tickets! She said all we have to do is let her know 2 weeks in advance and she hook us up with some free tickets!!! YAY! Looks like I might get to go to Disneyland for my birthday afterall!!
