Meet & greet for 'regular' donald?

We've met safari Donald, circus Donald, movie star Donald & caballero Donald. But is there anywhere to get a picture with regular old blue sailor suit Donald? Or can he only be seen in shows and parades?

In all honesty I've never been able to find the plain old Donald Duck to take a picture with. I've got them with all the same one's that you do :/. I have seen him in tons of parades and shows but never at a character spot. Sorry I couldn't be of much help. But if you do find him let us know!


However Daisy is always at the Character Spot in EPCOT, so you may want to try there in case he decides to make an appearance. I've only ever been to that location once and he was not there, but a google search ensured me that sometimes he is.

I don't know about now, but 2 years ago we met the regular Donald at the Character Spot at Epcot.

He is at Chef Mickey's...but I don't think he is wearing his sailor suit. When DD went to the character spot in Dec, I'm pretty sure it was just Minnie, Mickey, and Goofy.

I really wish they would do a meet and greet with characters in their classic outfits, I would love to get a pic with Mickey in his red shorts with white buttons and no shirt.

Ditto. I'm disappointed, Donald is my 2 year old's fav, I was hoping to hunt the duck down.
Why not the original outfits I wonder. Afterall, that's how they were when we were kids, and it is how they are on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for little ones now...

This is one of the most stupid decision WDW has ever taken. He's one of the Fab 5, he's the coolest duck in town and now he's reduced to a gimmick at Pete's Silly Side Show. The Great Donaldo? REALLY? How lame is that?

He's also gone from Adventureland where he used to meet in his David Crocket outfit.

That was his only M&G in MK, so they just traded one outfit to another.

This was our first trip to WDW with no opportunity to see the #1 Duck in his sailor suit. We didn't make it into Pete's Silly Sideshow either.
