I'm tired of being 200+ pounds and although I eat pretty healthily and walk 2 miles a day, 5 days a week, I don't seem to lose any weight. Someone I knew a few years ago went on Medifast to lose her pregnancy weight and it worked well . . . I need a kick start, and I think this might be a way for me to get my body to start shedding some pounds. I'm looking to lose 15-20, probably more like 20 . . . anybody here every tried Medifast?
