Hi. We are planning a last minute trip (well, last minute for me....I usually have our trips planned out completely at least 6 months out
) and we are staying at the Pop. We have never stayed there, so I unsure how the medical fridges work. This will be our 2nd trip to WDW with having to take my DS's temperature controlled medicine. In August, our room already had a fridge at the Beach Club and it was big enough that I didn't have an issue of the fridge freezing everything in the fridge. If my son's medicine were to freeze, it would be useless...and I would assume it would break our injection pin too. Anyway, has anyone had an issue of a medical fridge freezing their medicine? I have not counted up our days yet to figure out if we will need to bring an additional vial too, so we could have the injection pin w/medicine and an additional vial. I am trying to decide if I should just get the full-size fridge and pay out of pocket for it. I would rather pay for a bigger fridge and not worry about the medicine freezing and having to pay out of pocket to replace the medicine than getting a free medical fridge. Thanks.
