Twice on our first Fantasy cruise we diverted to Turks and Caicos for medical emergencies. Both times they used lifeboats to transport. One was crew (severe head injury) and the other was a passenger.

Prayers for all involved! Our trip on the Dream last fall we had to do a medical stop in Ft. Lauderdale....cruising darn fast once we left Castaway Cay, and only stopped momentarily for the pirate night fireworks. Then felt everything kick back on and off we went again quickly. Figured it couldn't have been too bad if they stopped for 30 min to do fireworks.
