Medical braclets in stores?

Has anyone seen the medical ID's in stores anywhere? I really wanted the write on kind for my kids?

I may have to go with the dog tags, but that isn't what I really want.

My kids kept loosing their 'real' ones purchased through one of the medical supply stores. I found some really inexpensive ones at Walmart ($5-6), hanging on one of the spinning racks in the jewelry department (NOT in the case, although there are better quality ones there).
The ones we bought have a set of metallic stickers listing different things (i.e., diabetes, allergic to ___, etc). There may be some blank stickers. If I may ask, why were you needing a write-on kind? I have never seen those, but perhaps these from wally-world will be what you are looking for???

Thanks Gardendame, I am looking for the type that you get in the hospital where they write or print out your medical info, I wanted to put our cell # and some info on my children. I know the hospital ones have to be cut off and they are water proof.

I just made a beaded necklace for my DD4. it says "My name is ____ if lost call______". She loves this! I made it for Disney but she likes wearing it anytime we go out. I got the supplies in AC Moore. We talked about what to do if she is lost and to make sure she shows her necklace so someone can call me. It's nice because it is reusable.
