Media Digging up Dirt on people

Most people who have lived a powerful life have skeletons in their closet. Unless it proves them to be hypocritical or if it's blatantly illegal, it doesn't bother me.

Recently a pastor here in Atlanta was sued by 4 males who claimed he sexually harrassed them. He has be extraordinarily anti gay for years. This kind of hypocrisy speaks volumes about a so called leader of his community. In cases like that I don't mind them digging up dirt but the other stuff is purely ET/Extra/Enquirer fluff.

I think that we are given too much information. So called Journalists have destroyed a lot of lives by reporting on people private lives.

I have a "funny" story to relate. When I worked in the oil industry 25 years ago my lawyer college boyfriend called and wanted some business thrown his way or he "might have to relate our college escapades". I never laughed so hard in my life. This was the late 70s and I can't think of a soul who would have cared if I'd worked as a stripper on Bourbon much less that I'd had ONE boyfriend (who I was engaged to).
