I did a search and came up empty, so I don't think there is another thread.
Anyhow, I started on this program 2 weeks ago and I am down 13.4 pounds, and feeling great. When they first told me I would be limited to 800 calories from protein I thought, yeah, this ain't going to work! 800 calories is a snack for me! But I figured I'd give it a try, and much to my surprise I don't feel hungry at all. This is a high protein program, and very low carbs, which is a challenge for me since I L O V E pasta, but I am surviving, and honestly don't crave those things at present. I am also finding some neat little alternatives that satisfy any cravings that come along.
So anyone else out there on this program?
